Work with a specific incident
FH Mobile Response Premium and Command Post support viewing more than one incident at a time, which is useful when you have multiple incidents in progress.
Most instances of FH Mobile Response are integrated with a CAD vendor such as FH CAD Monitor, are automatically added, and are loaded and activated depending on your configuration settings in the Options dialog box, on the Dispatch Received Actions tab. If you are not integrated with a CAD system, you can still add an incident manually or create on from a template.
Information on integrating FH Mobile Response with a CAD system is available in FH Mobile Response Integration Guide.
Information on the dispatch received configuration settings is available in Set up incident loading and notifications and Set up incident activation.
Information on creating an incident manually or from a template is available in Add an incident manually and a template is available in Create an incident from a template, respectively.
Note: You must have purchased FH Mobile Response Premium to view the Incident tab and its sub-tabs in FH Mobile Response. For information on upgrading from FH Mobile Response Basic to Premium, contact your FH sales representative.
