Configure personnel settings
Depending on whether your agency or department uses the PM Basic module, or if it purchased the full-featured PM module, you can configure different settings needed to add and manage personnel records. If you have the appropriate permissions, you can configure various settings for personnel, such as setting up training classes, immunizations, certifications and licenses, courses, works lists, and so forth. You can also edit and disable/enable items in these lists, which are used when creating new classes and personnel records.

Note: The ability to work with settings in the PM module depends on what roles and permissions your ESO Suite administrator assigned to your user account. The lists you build when configuring personnel settings are available to all personnel records in the PM module. PM (full version) You must have the following permissions as part of one of your users roles to build lists in the corresponding areas of personnel records.
