Clear an incident location marker from the map
Once you mark an incident location on a map, the marker remains on the map until you explicitly clear it from the map. Information on marking an incident location is available in Mark an incident location on a map, and in Mark a found location as an incident location.

Depending on whether you are using FH Mobile Response Basic or Premium, do one of the following.
Basic- On the Main toolbar, choose Location → Clear.
Premium- (If an incident is not already open) Open an incident, as described in Open an incident.
- On the incident's Summary sub-tab, under Location, click Clear Location.
The red star marking a location and its Incident label disappears from the map.
