Pan to an incident location

Once you have marked an incident location on the map, you can pan to that location and center it in the map. Information on marking an incident location is available in Mark an incident location on a map.

  • Depending on whether you are using FH Mobile Response Basic or Premium, do one of the following.

    ClosedBasic

    • On the Main toolbar, choose Location → Pan To.

      FH Mobile Response pans as needed to display the red star marking an incident location in the center of the map.

    ClosedPremium
    1. (If an incident is not already open) Open an incident, as described in Open an incident.

    2. On the incident's Summary sub-tab, under Location, click Pan To.

      The incident's Map sub-tab reappears, and FH Mobile Response pans as needed to display the red star marking an incident location in the center of the map.
