Remove a password requirement to make configuration changes

If you have required a password requirement for making configuration changes, you can also remove that requirement, so that anyone can make changes when needed.

Information on specifying a password is available in Specify a password for configuration changes. Information on requiring a password is available in Require a password to make configuration changes.

1. Choose Go → Unlock Config.

   Note: Unlock Config appears in the menu only if a password is required to make administration and configuration changes in FH Mobile Response.

   The Enter Password dialog box appears.

   

2. In the field, type the password you defined in Specify a password for configuration changes, and then click OK.

   The Go → Open → Administrative, Go → Map → Administrative, and Go → Config options become active, and Unlock Config is renamed Lock Config.
