Require a password to make configuration changes

If you want to control who has permission to make configuration changes in FH Mobile Response, you can require that a password be entered to make configuration changes.

Note: To require a password, you must first specify a password. Information on specifying a password is available in Specify a password for configuration changes.

1. Choose Go → Lock Config.

   Note: Lock Config appears in the menu only if you specified a password earlier.

   The Enter Password dialog box appears.

   

2. In the field, type the password you defined earlier, and then click OK.

   The Go → Open → Administrative, Go → Map → Administrative, and Go → Config options become disabled, and Lock Config is renamed Unlock Config.
