Clear the password for making configuration changes

If you have specified a password for making configuration changes in FH Mobile Response, you can remove the password if needed.

Note: To clear the password, you must first remove the password requirement for making configuration changes. Information on removing the password requirement is available in Remove a password requirement to make configuration changes.

  1. Choose Go → Config → Set Config Password.

    The Set Password dialog box appears.

  2. In Original Password, type the current password needed for making configuration changes.
  3. Leave New Password and Retype New Password blank, and then click OK.

    The No Password Entered dialog box appears.

  4. Click OK.

    The Go → Open → Administrative, Go → Map → Administrative, and Go → Config options become enabled, and Go → Lock Config option disappears.
