Display or hide incident sub-tabs
You can control the amount of detail to view for each incident by selecting or hiding different sub-tabs that appear under the Incident tab in the FH Mobile Response interface.
Note: You must have purchased FH Mobile Response Premium or Command Post to display and hide specific incident tabs. For information on upgrading from FH Mobile Response Basic to Premium, contact your FH sales representative.

Choose Go → Config→ Options.
The Options dialog box appears, displaying the Server tab.

Click the Incident tab.
Note: To see all the options on this tab, drag the right side and bottom of the tab out to increase the size of the Options dialog box.

Select or clear the following options to indicate whether or not specific sub-tabs appear when you select an incident.
These sub-tabs help organize the data in an incident.
Show Incident Summary TabDisplay the Summary sub-tab.
The Summary tab displays the incident's name, location or address, event type (element), guidance, weather information, assigned resources, and dispatch logs.

Show Incident Dispatch TabDisplay the Dispatch sub-tab.
The Dispatch sub-tab displays information from the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system integrated with FH Mobile Response.
Note: Do not display the Dispatch sub-tab if your deployment of FH Mobile Response does not integrate with a CAD system.

Show Incident Types TabDisplay the Types sub-tab.
The Types sub-tab displays groupings of specific incident characteristics. These groupings are referred to as incident types. An incident can have more than one type, and each type can have its own location, weather, and guidance associated with it.

Show Incident Messaging TabDisplay the IM (instant messaging) sub-tab.
The IM sub-tab controls written communication with other assigned units through instant messaging. You can use it to create and name multiple conversations, including or excluding units as needed.

Show Incident Instant Messaging (IM) Tab (Requires Server Configuration)Display the Messaging sub-tab.
The Messaging sub-tab displays messages from to you from other units, if those messages referenced this incident.
Information on using this sub-tab is available in Work with email messages in the incident.
Show Incident Guidance Tab (And Summary)Display the Guidance sub-tab.
The Guidance sub-tab displays all types of guidance information relevant to the incident. Guidance is automatically provided based on the user’s role within the incident, the incident type, and the geographic location of the incident.
Guidance includes site plans, floor plans, checklists, Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG) pages, material safety data sheets (MSDS) information, and personal protection equipment (PPE) information.

Show Incident Resources Tab (Org. Chart, Assigned Resources, ...)Display the Resources sub-tab.
The Resources sub-tab displays resource assignments made by the CAD system for the incident.

Show Command and Control (Org. Chart, Assigned Resources, ...)Display the Command sub-tab.
The Command sub-tab displays the organizational chart and resource assignments available for the incident.
Note: You must have purchased FH Mobile Response Command Post to view data on the Command sub-tab.

Show Incident LogsDisplay the Log sub-tab.
The Log sub-tab displays a list of changes made to the incident, who made the changes, and when.
Information on using this sub-tab is available in View command information for the incident.
Show Incident Smart Forms TabDisplay the Forms sub-tab.
The Forms sub-tab lets you create a file structure for National Incident Management System (NIMS) or other PDF forms in the incident.
Information on using this sub-tab is available in Work with forms needed for the incident.
Show Incident Checklists TabDisplay the Checklists sub-tab.
The Checklists sub-tab lets you access and fill out checklists assigned to the incident from the Guidance sub-tab. Every item selected Checklists sub-tab is logged by FH Mobile Response for later reporting.
