Uninstall FH Mobile

Note: When uninstalling FH Mobile, you also need to uninstall FH Sketch and Device Monitor.

1. Choose Start → Settings → Control Panel.

   The Control Panel window appears.

2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

   The Add or Remove Programs dialog box appears.

3. (If FH Sketch is installed) Do the following.

   1. Select FH Sketch, and then click Remove.

      The FH Sketch wizard appears, displaying the Select Uninstall Method screen.

      

   2. Select Automatic, and then click Next >.

      The Perform Uninstall screen of the wizard appears.

      

   3. Click Finish.

      FH Sketch uninstalls.

4. (If Device Monitor is installed) Do the following.

   1. Select ACS Device Monitor 2, and then click Remove.

      An uninstall wizard appears, displaying the Select Uninstall Method screen.

      

   2. Select Automatic, and then click Next >.

      The Perform Uninstall screen of the wizard appears.

      

   3. Click Finish.

      Device Monitor uninstalls.

5. Select FIREHOUSE Software Mobile, and then click Remove.

   

   A confirmation dialog box appears, asking if you are sure that you want to delete FH Mobile.

   

6. Click Yes.

   FH Mobile uninstalls, but SQL Server is still installed on your computer, and the SQL instance of FH Mobile still exists.

   Note: If you plan to reinstall FH Mobile, you do not need to uninstall the SQL instance of FH Mobile.

7. In Windows Explorer, delete C:\fhmobiledb.
8. Navigate into C:\Program Files.
9. Check to see if the FIREHOUSE Software Mobile folder exists.
10. (If the FIREHOUSE Software Mobile folder exists) Delete the folder.
11. (If you want to uninstall the SQL instance of FH Mobile) Continue with Uninstall the FH Mobile instance of SQL Server 2008.
