Update Sync Service for ePCR

If you installed FH Mobile Sync Service with your previous installation of FH Mobile, you should update your FH Mobile Sync Service as well. Sync Service interfaces with the SQL database of FH Enterprise and FH Web systems to improve synchronization speed.

Note: Sync Service should be installed on the same desktop computer as the FH Mobile License Manager, and as close as possible to the SQL database.

1. Log on as an administrator to the computer where the FH Mobile License Manager is installed .

2. Choose Start → Settings → Control Panel.

   The Control Panel window appears.

   

3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

   The Add or Remove Programs dialog box appears.

4. Select FH Mobile Sync Service, and then click Remove.

   

   The Add or Remove Programs confirmation dialog box appears.

   

5. Click Yes.

   FH Mobile Sync Service uninstalls.

6. Close the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, and then close the Control Panel window.
7. Continue with Install Sync Service for ePCR, to install the new version of FH Mobile Sync Service.
