Edit disclaimers for signatures
Signatures are often accompanied by disclaimer text, which is also defined on the administration site. Disclaimer text appears in FH Medic when on the Summary tab, on the Signatures sub-tab, when the medic clicks a signature type button.
- (If you have not done so already) Access the Configurations -> FH Medic page, as described in Configure FH Medic for the mobile computers.

Click Signatures/Disclaimers.
The Configurations -> Signatures/Disclaimers page appears.

On the left side of the row listing the signature type you want to work with, click Edit.
The Edit Disclaimer dialog box appears over the Configurations -> Signatures/Disclaimers page.

Do any of the following.
Edit the disclaimer text- In Disclaimer, edit the text in the field as needed.
Indicate whether the signature is required- For Required Always, select Yes or No.
Select fields required if this type of signature is used- Under Required Field based on following Incident/Patient Dispositions, select the names of the fields to require if the medic selects this type of signature in FH Medic.
- Click Save Changes.
