FH Medic Administrator's Guide
FH Medic, a powerful cloud-based, electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) system, is engineered to meet the needs of emergency medical service (EMS) organizations nationwide from large-scale agencies to the smallest, most basic services. FH Medic is gold-compliance certified by the National EMS Information System (NEMSIS).
A basic FH Medic setup consists of installations of FH Medic on one or more mobile computers, and a database of information stored in the FH Medic Cloud. Data is sent automatically between the mobile computers and the FH Medic Cloud using cellular data networks or WiFi connectivity. The FH Medic administration web site lets you view and manipulate the data on the FH Medic Cloud, and remotely configure the installation of FH Medic on the mobile computers. You can also use the administration web site to generate reports, customize and generate NEMSIS data exports for upload into EMS data repositories, and have real-time access to data being collected in the field.
The FH Medic Administrator's Guide can help you configure the administration web site, configure FH Medic on the mobile computers, work with incidents on the administration site, generate reports, export data, and more.
