Determine unit lookup codes

1. In FIREHOUSE Software, choose Tools → Lookup Tables.

   The Lookup Tables dialog box appears.

2. Expand System-Wide Codes.

3. Select Units, and then click Setup.

   

   The Lookup - Units dialog box appears.

   

4. In the Code column, note the lookup codes for the units you plan to add in FH Medic.

   Caution: You must use the lookup code from FIREHOUSE Software as the unit description in FH Medic for data from FH Medic to import correctly into the FIREHOUSE Software database.

   Information on adding units and specifying the unit description in FH Medic is available in Add, edit, or activate units in the field.

5. Continue with Determine staff ID numbers.
