Reconcile incident summaries

Before exporting your data, you may want to view a summary of the total number of incidents from a CAD system, for FIREHOUSE Software, and exported as data.

Note: This page is not available by default on the administration site. You can enable access to it as described in Specify administrator security settings.

1. In the row of links that appear across the top of every page, click Reconciliations.

   

   The Incident Reconciliation Summary appears.

   

2. In Start Date and End Date, click in the field, and then use the calendar menu that appears to specify the beginning and ending dates for the reconciliation.

3. Click Get Summary.

   A table listing different totals for your incidents appears.
