Work with in-progress transfers

When a location accepts a transfer with the Pending status for fulfillment, the Inventory module changes the transfer's status to In progress. This status indicates that items are being physically picked from shelves to restock items, and returned items are being counted and confirmed. The location that submitted the transfer can no longer update the transfer. You can review the details of any transfer submitted by the selected location, or submitted to the selected location. You can also process the order for fulfillment.

  1. (If you have not done so already) Access the Transfers features in the Inventory module, select the location you want to work with, and manage the amount of data on the page, as described in Transfer items between locations.

  2. In the Transfers pane, click In progress.

    The In progress page appears in the right pane, with the Submitted by this location tab selected. This tab displays a summary of any transfers created by the location you selected in the Viewing field in the upper right corner of the page. These transfers have been submitted for fulfillment, and the locations are currently processing the transfer.
