sLAMS stroke scale

The sLAMS stroke scale is a pre-hospital scale derived from the motor exam components of the LAMS, with the added component of speech. This scale was chosen for ease of training EMS personnel and accuracy of detecting ELVO strokes, as compared to LAMS without speech.
