The version numbers of the client and server are not the same

Issue  

You are using Internet Explorer on the client computer to access FH Web, and the following error message appears.

The version numbers of the client and server are not the same. Contact your System Administrator.

Explanation  

The client computer is using an ActiveX plug-in for accessing FH Web that is not the same as the version of FH Web installed on the FH Web server. The correct version will not download to the client computer if you do not have Power User permissions to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\. You may also have downloaded a newer version of the plug-in on your own than the version of FH Web supports.
