Enable data skin interface editing

Note: Before you modify dynamic dialog boxes, you need to edit the DataDef.xml file. Information on editing the file is available in Edit the DataDef.xml file for the data map skin.

Warning: Only highly skilled FH Mobile Response users should edit the FH Mobile Response interface in any way, as mistakes can cause unexpected behavior in the software, including shut-down. If you are uncertain that you have the necessary skills, contact FH technical support for assistance.

1. (If FH Mobile Response is running) Exit FH Mobile Response.

2. In Windows Explorer, navigate to:

   %APPDATA%\OptiMetrics Inc\ADASHI\StartupSettings

3. Using a text editor such as Notepad, open the Settings.txt file.

   

4. Add the following line to the file:

   DynamicFormsEditing:on

   Adding this line activates an additional configuration option in FH Mobile Response.

5. Save and close Settings.txt.

6. Continue with Modify the search pane of the data map skin.
