Close IM functionality

When you are done sending and receiving instant messages (IMs), you can close the IM functionality until you need it again.

1. (If you have not done so already) Log into the FH Mobile Response server.

   Information on logging into an FH Mobile Response server is available in Log into an FH Mobile Response server.

2. (If you are not already on the IM tab) Select the IM tab

   The IM tab appears, listing the IM conversations you currently have running. Above the IM list, a toolbar appears.

   

3. In the toolbar on the IM tab, click Close IM.

   The IM tab closes.
