Define instant message (IM) and mail message options

1. Choose Go → Config→ Options.

   The Options dialog box appears, displaying the Server tab.

2. Click the Message Options tab.

   Premium

3. In Delete Messages Older than (days), type the number of days that must elapse before FH Mobile Response deletes sent and received messages in the message center.
4. In Max Messages, type the maximum number of sent and received messages to allow in the message center.
5. Select or clear Single Message View, to indicate whether a currently open message is automatically closed when you open a new message.
6. Click OK.
