Checklist for installing FH Mobile Response

Caution: Below is a high-level checklist of the steps you need to perform to install FH Mobile Response for the first time. Detailed information for the steps below are available in the following pages of the FIREHOUSE Software Mobile Response Installation Guide.

Tip: Print this page and check off the items below as you accomplish them.

 

Verify that you received a package in the mail from FIREHOUSE Software, containing a USB drive and a printed page listing your serial number and an activation code.

Verify that you have adequate hardware to support FH Mobile Response on the following computers.

The computer that will be the FH Mobile Response.

The computer hosting your FH database.

The mobile computers you plan to install FH Mobile Response on.

Install the FH Mobile Response server software on the FH Mobile Response server.

Set up each client (mobile) computer with FH Mobile Response.

Install the FH Mobile Response client software.

Configure the FH Mobile Response client to locate the FH database.

Synchronize the FH Mobile Response client with the FH database.

Configure the FH Mobile Response client to locate the FH Mobile Response server.
