Welcome
Welcome to FH Mobile, a suite of applications designed to complement your Firehouse® (FH®) system. FH Mobile uses an interface designed for mobile computers installed in responding vehicles or for use in the field, with large, easy-to-press buttons and flexible display options. You can synchronize the FH Mobile database with your central FH database at the station, to keep the most current data at your fingertips.

FH Mobile ePCR provides EMS personnel a tool for capturing complete patient data in real-time in the field at a patient's side, or in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. FH Mobile ePCR's fully-customizable screens can be designed around local area protocols using FH Action Plans, and provides the support to meet NHTSA 2.2 (NEMSIS) specifications.
FH Mobile ePCR's strengths include:
- Integration - You can synchronize supporting detail records from FH (EMS lookup codes, staff scheduling, staff roster, and staff information, etc.). You can also collect data from Medtronic LifePak cardiac monitors, and populate the data into FH Mobile patient records using FH Mobile Device Monitor. When the data is collected, you can update FH with complete EMS patient information with a single click.
- Versatility -You can define the data elements included in a patient record based on department/local/state user-defined protocols, and you can specify the display order for easy data entry.
- Efficiency - FH Mobile ePCR provides simple and effective patient care documentation. You can add a procedure or medication record, with a single click, create auto-generated narratives, and use memorized record templates to quickly fill in standard information. You can also add crew members for a mobile workstation, or use information from the FH Staff Roster or FH Staff Scheduling. You can even print a patient report at the hospital.
- Power - FH Mobile ePCR can adapt patient care reporting to your department’s requirements. You can add timed warnings for specific detail records (notifications, vitals, procedures, medications, etc.), and you can associate usage records to inventory with vitals, procedures, and medications records. You can also complete the record with captured electronic signature on any chosen FH report form.

FH Mobile Incident Command is designed to provide an incident commander with the tools to manage assignments and resources, maintain accountability, provide the ability to perform Personnel Accountability Reports (PAR) as needed, create drawings, review ArcGIS ArcReader files (when available) and maintain a list of tasks, with access to FH units and staff information. The finished incident includes a comprehensive event log of each change.
Upon completion, FH Mobile Incident Command records are used to create new or update existing FH fire incident records with unit response and personnel activities. Details from the FH Mobile Incident Command record that do not match up with specific FH fire incident fields are added as attachments.

FH Mobile Inspections & Occupancies is developed for fire inspectors and staff to perform occupancy/property inspections and collect/update premise, contact, and preplan information in the field. Inspections may be created on location, or from a scheduled inspection in the FH master database. Upon completion of the inspection activity, responsible party signatures can be captured electronically and provided with printed checklists and violation notices on scene with report forms created in FH.
FH Mobile Inspections & Occupancies includes these features and more to make inspections and preplan data collection fast, accurate, and simple.
- Versatile layout to define and order the data elements to collect.
- Large, easy-to-select buttons for laptops or touch-screen mobile computers.
- User-defined inspection checklists directed by inspection type.
- Multiple inspection checklists per inspection.
- Entry of individual violations not included with checklist(s).
- Unlimited drawings/attachments.
- User-designed signature capturing forms.
With a user-interactive synchronization process, these occupancy and inspection details migrate between FH and FH Mobile Inspections:
- Occupancy owners and contacts
- Building construction information
- Information and alerts (preplans)
- Chemical inventory
- Onsite/hazardous materials
- Associated hydrant locations
- Storage tanks
- Permits
- Inspection activity (past and future)
- Attached files

FH Mobile Preplans displays and audibly reads the information you need from your FH occupancy records while en route and on-scene, and features large, easy-to-press buttons and flexible display options to adapt the program to your mobile PC. You can display all or selected information from:
- occupancy contacts
- building information
- needed fire flow
- information and alerts (preplans)
- inspections
- chemicals
- onsite materials
- associated hydrants
- hazardous materials
- storage tanks
- attachments
- last occupancy update and synchronization dates
FH Mobile Preplans' flexibility includes:
- A search form to let you search by occupancy name, address, or occupancy ID.
- A synthesized voice which reads occupancy information when an occupancy is opened for review. You can define what information is spoken.
- The ability to remove data elements that are not important to your preplan review en route to scene, and modify the appearance of the FH Mobile Preplans desktop to match the mobile PC by specifying text size, and column spacing.
- The ability to connect to FH Standard or FH Enterprise databases. For FH Enterprise databases, wireless connection support is included. If your mobile PC has a wireless connection and you open an occupancy, and the occupancy record has been modified after the FH Mobile Preplans database was synchronized with an FH Enterprise database previously, FH Mobile Preplans grabs the updated occupancy from the server.
- Record attachments to let you view pictures and drawings attached to the occupancy record
FH Mobile Preplans can be also used by other agencies (police, city work crews, or any agency with the need for occupancy information and with available mobile computers). FH Mobile Preplans can even be used on stationary computers by agencies outside your department.
Example: Your dispatch agency could use FH Mobile Preplans synchronized with your FH database to broadcast occupancy information to your responding units. This would give dispatch agencies all your FH occupancy information at their finger tips without requiring them to have a full version of FH.
