Information is missing from tables in FH Mobile applications

Issue  

You are encountering problems when accessing tables in FH Mobile applications.

Workaround  

  1. Choose Start → Programs → FIREHOUSE Software Mobile → Sync Data.

    The Sync Options dialog box appears.

  2. Click the tab that corresponds to FH Mobile application that information is missing from.

  3. Select the Download Information option for that application.

    Example: If information is missing from a table in FH Mobile ePCR, click the EMS tab, and then select Download EMS Information.

  4. Click the Lookup tab.

  5. Select Download Lookup Tables and Supporting Information.

    Tip: You should also periodically select Download Street Names periodically to include updated streets.

  6. Click OK to synchronize.
