Synchronization does not run inside FH Mobile

Issue  

When you are inside an FH Mobile application and try to synchronize the data on the mobile computer with the FH database, the synchronization does not run.

Workaround  

  1. In Windows explorer, navigate into the FH Mobile installation directory.

    By default, this directory is C:\Program Files\FIREHOUSE Software Mobile.

  2. Check to see if the FHMobile_Sync.exe file is in the installation directory.

    This file launches the synchronization. If it is not in the installation directory, the FH Mobile applications will not be able to find it and run the synchronization.
