Set scheduling options
- (If it is not already visible) Access the FH Mobile Options dialog box for global settings.

In the left navigation pane, under Scheduling, click Schedule & Roster.
The right pane of the dialog box updates to display options for integrating roster or scheduling information from FH.
- Under FH Roster Integration, select or clear Calculate On-Duty Using Roster to have station roster and availability information downloaded to the FH Mobile applications when the mobile computer synchronizes with the FH database.

(If you have the optional Scheduling module in FH) Do the following.
- Under FH Scheduling Integration, select or clear Calculate On-Duty Using Schedule to have information in the Scheduling module downloaded to the FH Mobile applications when the mobile computer synchronizes with the FH database.
- From Schedule Name, select the type of schedule to use during the calculation.
- Click Save.
- (If any message prompts appear) Click Yes.
