System requirements
Note: It is assumed that you already have FH Standard or FH Enterprise 7.10.10 or later installed, configured, and running on a server in your department.
If you are using FH Enterprise, you have the option of maintaining a wireless connection between FH Mobile and your FH Enterprise database. When real-time wireless is enabled and you open an EMS record in FH Mobile ePCR, updates are added from your FH Enterprise EMS.
To install FH Mobile, you must have a mobile computer such as:
- A ToughBook running Windows® 7 or later
- A tablet running Windows® 8.1 Professional or later
- A computer running one of the following:
- Windows 7
- Windows 8.1 Professional or later
- Windows Server 2008
- Windows Server 2008 R2
Note: Extended support for end-of-life environments such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, and SQL Server 2005 or 2008 is available if you subscribe to either Firehouse's Gold or Platinum support program.
