Uninstall and reinstall the FH MedicIntegration Suite

Upgrading the FH Medic Integration Suite involves uninstalling the current version of it. Before uninstalling it, you should note the current configuration, so that you can recreate it when you install the new version of the Integration Suite.

1. Choose Start → Programs → Xerox → FH Medic → Configure CAD - Firehouse Import.

   The Configure FH Medic Integration Configuration dialog box appears.

2. Note the settings in the dialog box, and then close it.

3. Choose Start → Control Panel system.

   The Control Panel window appears.

4. Double-click Programs and Features.

   The Programs and Features window appears.

5. Scroll down in the list until you find FH Medic Integration Suite.

6. Right-click FH Medic Integration Suite and then select Uninstall from the menu that appears.

   A confirmation dialog box appears for uninstalling the FH Medic Integration Suite.

7. Click Yes.

   The FH Medic Integration Suite is uninstalled.

8. Close the Programs and Features window.

9. Reinstall the FH Medic Integration Suite.
