List custom demographic elements

If your state provides custom demographic elements, they are listed the FH Medic administration site. Not all states provide custom demographic elements.

1. (If you have not done so already) In the row of links that appear across the top of every page, click Demographics.

   

   The Demographics page appears.

   

2. Click Custom Demographic Elements.

   A page appears, listing any custom demographic elements that have been defined for your department.

   

3. View the list of elements available to your department.
