Preview and print a report or form

You can preview and print the following reports and forms.

• Patient Care Report (PCR)
• Supplemental Report
• Narcotic Report
• Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) Form
• Physician Certification Statement (PCS) form

 

1. In the upper right corner of the interface, touch the printer icon.

   

   A menu appears, displaying the list of the reports and forms you can print.

   

2. In the menu, touch the name of the report or form you want to preview and print.

3. Touch Preview Report.

   The preview of the report appears, as it will be sent to the printer.

              

4. In the upper right corner of the report or form, touch the print icon.

   

   The Printer Options dialog box appears.

   

5. Follow the prompts in the dialog box as normal to send the report or form to a printer.
