2.0.5 on the iPad Release Notes
These Release Notes are for FH Medic 2.0.5 on the iPad (using NEMSIS 2.2), and provide a listing of the defects resolved during this release. This release covers changes made since the release of FH Medic 2.0.1.
The following issues were successfully resolved this release.
When you printed the patient care report (PCR) from the iPad at the receiving hospital, the margins of the printout were cut off by two or three letters.
If you added an incident, then on the Scene screen, for Outcome, you chose Transported, but then on the Times/NFIRS screen, you left the Mileage at Scene and Mileage at Destination field blank and touched Validate, validation messages for the required mileage field did not appear as expected.
In the upper right corner of the interface, if you touched the quick buttons icon to see a list treatment processes and medications based on the selected primary impression, the quick buttons menu was slow to appear or did not fully populate with information.
On the Vitals screen, if you added patient data, not enough space was left in the vitals table for the information to be easily read, and long text in a column did not wrap.
On the Vitals screen, if you added a new vitals data entry, you could not use the number pad to manually enter the date and time of the new entry.
On the Scene screen, if you touch Narcotic, the Controlled Substance Usage/Wastage Form appears. If you entered an amount wasted that is greater than the amount of narcotic used, an error message appeared and you could not complete the report.
The mileage fields listed below did not have editable input names on the FH Medic administration web site.
- Mileage Beginning
- Mileage at Scene
- Mileage at Destination
- Mileage Ending
The following calculated fields were not available as inputs on the FH Medic administration web site.
- Loaded Mileage (calculated from Mileage at Scene to Mileage at Destination)
- Total Mileage (calculated from Mileage Beginning to Mileage Ending)
On the Patient screen, in Age, if you were not able to specify an age over 100, and should have been able to specify an age up to 115 years old.
On the Allergies screen, if you touched Medications, list of medications which trigger an allergic reaction in the patient appeared, but you could not add a medication that was not already in the list with free text.
If you entered data for an incident in FH Medic on the iPad, not all the incident data uploaded to the FH Medic administration web site as expected.
