Import FH Medic data into FIREHOUSE Software

If you want to import the incidents from FH Medic into a FIREHOUSE Software database, you must install the FH Medic Integration Suite, and create a folder to hold the incident data.

• The FH Medic Integration Suite is installed on a computer in your department's network. This suite pulls FH Medic incident data from the FH Medic Cloud and places it into a folder where FIREHOUSE Software can access it. You can then set up an automated task in FIREHOUSE Software to import the FH Medic data into the FIREHOUSE Software database. You can view the FH Medic incident data and run additional reports as needed with FIREHOUSE Software.

  Note: You can not edit the incident data from FH Medic in FIREHOUSE Software.

• A folder on a computer in your network, into which the FH Medic Integration Suite imports the incident data from FH Medic.

The FH Medic Integration Suite can also import incident data from a CAD system to FH Medic. Information on this configuration is available in Import CAD system data into FH Medic.

Note: The FH Medic Integration Suite can both import FH Medic incident data into FIREHOUSE Software, and import initial incident data from a CAD system. The two features are not exclusive to each other.
