Let the LifePak 15 find the FH Medic mobile computer

Caution: Before performing the steps below, read chapter 8 (Data Transmission) of the LifePak 15 Monitor/Defibrillator Operating Instructions, available at http://www.physio-control.com/uploadedFiles/Physio85/Contents/Emergency_Medical_Care/Products/Operating_Instructions/LIFEPAK15_OperatingInstructions_3306222-002.pdf.

Note: The steps below must be performed on the LifePack 15 monitor.

1. On the right side of the LifePak 15, turn the large selector knob to highlight the Bluetooth icon on the display, and then push the knob to select it.

   

   A new series of options appear on the display.

2. Turn the selector knob until Connect is highlighted, and then push the knob to select it.

   A new series of options appear on the display.

3. Turn the selector knob until Find Devices is highlighted, and then push the knob to select it.

   The LifePak 15 searches for your FH Medic mobile computer, and a window appears on the LifePack 15, displaying the number of your FH Medic mobile computer.

4. Use the selector knob to select Stop.

5. Use the selector knob to select the FH Medic mobile computer.

   The LifePak 15 displays a passcode, and begins to pair your FH Medic mobile computer with the LifePak. A message that the LifePak 15 is connecting to the Medic mobile computer appears.

6. Continue with Let the FH Medic mobile computer accept the connection.
