Stop and uninstall the FH Medic Integration Suite's service

1. Choose Start → Control Panel system.

   The Control Panel window appears.

2. Double-click Administrative Tools.

   The Administrative Tools window appears.

3. Double-click Services.

   The Services window appears.

   

4. Scroll down in the list until you find the EPCRCADIntegration service.

5. Right-click EPCRCADIntegration and then select Stop from the menu that appears.

   The service stops.

6. Close the Services and Administrative Tools windows.

7. Navigate to your C: drive, and determine whether you have the Program Files folder or the Program Files (x86) folder there.

8. Depending on your computer's operating system, navigate to the appropriate path below.

   • C:\Program Files (x86)\Xerox\FH Medic\Integration Suite
   • C:\Program Files\Xerox\FH Medic\Integration Suite

9. Double-click uninstallservice.bat.

   A DOS window appears as the script runs, and then closes automatically.

   

10. Continue with Uninstall and reinstall the FH MedicIntegration Suite.
