2.0.3 Administration Site Release Notes
These Release Notes are for the FH Medic administration web site, version 2.0.3, which supports NEMSIS 2.0, and provides a listing of the enhancements implemented since the 2.0.2 release.
The following enhancements were implemented this release.
An administrative user on the FH Medic administration site can now grant export permissions to other users on the site.
To find the new feature, do the following.
- On the Configurations > User Security Settings screen, click User Security.
- From Select User, choose the user you want to grant export permissions to.

Scroll down to the Exports section.
Under Export Data, options appear for selecting the which data the user should be able to export.
If you select Billing Export and/or NEMSIS Export and save the changes, when the user accesses the Exports > Export Data screen, the option for the corresponding export type appears on that screen.

You can now choose to export data to a file that is not automatically compressed in a .zip
file.
To find the new feature, do the following.

Access the Exports > Export Data screen as usual.
The new Include all records even if previously exported option appears on the screen.
If you specify a date range and run the data export as normal, all incidents which satisfy the export criteria, are included, even if they were exported earlier.

For incidents that have a Complete
status, you can now change the status to Review
or QA Complete
as appropriate. You can also change an incident status from QA Complete
to Review
, if necessary.

In the row of links that appear across the top of every page, click Incidents.
The Tickets page appears.

Find the incident you want to change status for, as described in Find an incident by date or Search for an incident.
In the lower left corner of the page, a Results section appears, listing all of the incidents that match the search criteria you defined.

Depending on whether you want to change the status manually or as part of a batch process, do one of the following.
Manually change an incident status-
For the row containing the incident you want to change the status for, choose Quick Actions → status name.
If you try to set an incident that does not have a
Complete
status toReview
orQA Complete
, a tool tip (pop-up) message now appears stating that you cannot change the status.
Change an incident status during a batch process-
Above the table of results, click Start Batch Process Mode.
Start Batch Process Mode changes to Cancel Batch Process Mode, a row of icons appears below it, and check boxes appear in the table to the right of each incident listed.
- In the table of results, select the check box for each incident you want to run a batch process on.
- Above the table, click the icon for the batch process you want to run on the selected tickets.

The following issues were successfully resolved this release.
When search for an incident, in the lower left corner of the page, a Results section appears, listing all of the incidents that match the search criteria you defined. Practice incidents are highlighted in yellow.
For the row containing an incident with a status of Practice, if you chose Quick Actions → Practice to Real, the Results section of the pane did not refresh and reflect the change of status and highlighting as expected.

If an incident had a status of Incomplete
or Review
, administrators on the FH Medic web site were able to edit the incident's information on the Incident Details screen, and should not have been.

If you opened the on the Incident Details screen for an incident with a status of Incomplete
or Review
, then updated the value in Date of Service to a month and date with a single digit (example: 1/8/2018), then logged into FH Medic on the mobile computer as the user who had created the incident and opened the incident, the date was displayed incorrectly (example: 18/20/18__).

On the Configurations -> Inputs screen, if you clicked Edit for an input then on the Edit Input page that appeared, you selected Visible and Required and saved the change, the changes did not save as expected.

If you opened the on the Incident Details screen for an incident, the Mileage fields accepted values greater than 999999.9, and should not have.
