2.0.2 Administration Site Release Notes
These Release Notes are for the FH Medic administration web site, version 2.0.2, which supports NEMSIS 2.0, and provide a listing of the defects resolved and the enhancements implemented since the 2.0.1 release.
The following enhancement was implemented this release.
Four mileage fields field are now available for editing on the FH Medic administration web site.
To find the new fields, do the following.
-
Find the incident you want to view a patient care report (PCR) for, as described in Find an incident by date, or in Search for an incident.
In the lower left corner of the page, a Results section appears, listing all the incidents that match the search criteria you defined.
Note: If no incident number was specified when the incident was originally created, the Incident Number column contains the View PCR link for the incident. If an incident number was specified, it appears in the column instead.
-
For the row containing the incident you want to view the PCR for, click Details.
A separate web browser window opens, and the Incident Details for Incident Number page appears in it.
-
Scroll down the page until the Edit Incident Info section appears.
The new Mileage Beginning, Mileage at Destination, Mileage at Scene, and Mileage Ending fields appear after Unit Clear Time.
The following issues were successfully resolved this release.
If you opened a patient care report (PCR) as described in Find an incident by date or in Search for an incident, then in the Results section, for the row containing the incident you want to view the PCR for, you clicked View PCR, a separate web browser window opens, and the Incident Details for Incident Number page appears in it.
In the Treatments section of the PCR, information about the patient prior to arrival or lights and sirens was listed.
If you clicked Exports in the row of links that appear across the top of every page, clicked Export Data on the page that appeared, and exported billing or state data that contained a large number of incidents, the export did not finish processing and you could not receive the data files as expected.
