Customer data import instructions

When you purchased FH Medic, you were sent an email from FIREHOUSE Software with a URL for downloading the FH Medic data import template, which is an .XLS spreadsheet. You need to fill out this spreadsheet with important data about your department, such as the administration site logins needed for the department, the districts the department covered, logins for their medics in the field, the medications they administer, hospitals they transport to, EMT certifications, states, counties, cities, zips codes, counties, and more.

Once the spreadsheet if completed, you will send it back to the the FH Medic Cloud administration team, who will then set up and pre-populated your department's FH Medic administration web site with the information. You will then be sent the URL and login credentials you need to access the department's administration site on the FH Medic Cloud.
