View exported data

In the row of links that appear across the top of every page, click Exports.
The Data Exports page appears.

Click View Exported Data.
The Exports -> View / Download Exports page appears.
- From Export Type, select the type of data you want to export.
- From Ticket Status To Export, select the status of tickets you want to export.

Do one of the following.
Download and view exported data-
In the File column, for the file you want to view, click Download.
The file downloads as a
.zip
file to your default download location. - Navigate to your download location and extract the contents of the
.zip
file. -
Double-click the file you want to open and view the data for.
The Password needed dialog box appears.

Type the password that was specific when the file was initially exported, then click OK.
The file opens in a browser window.
- Review the contents of the file as needed.
- Submit the file to the state.
