Add or edit locations to transport a patient to

A location is a hospital, facility, or other place a department may transport patients to. The medic entering destination information in FH Medic must select a destination or facility that is already defined as a location on the FH Medic administration site. This list is available in FH Medic on the Summary tab, on the Disposition sub-tab, in the Diverted and Details sections.

1. (If you have not done so already) Access the Configurations -> FH Medic page, as described in Configure FH Medic for the mobile computers.

2. Click Locations.

   The Configurations -> Locations page appears.

   

3. Do any of the following.

   Add a new location

   1. Click Add new location.

      The Edit Location dialog box appears over the Configurations -> Locations page, displaying blank fields.

      

   2. Type information for the location into the fields.

   3. Click Save Changes.

      The new location appears in the list on the Configurations -> Locations page.

   Edit an existing location

   1. On the left side of the row listing the location you want to edit, click Edit.

      The Edit Location dialog box appears over the Configurations -> Locations page, and the fields populate with existing information for the location.

   2. Edit information already in the fields for an existing location as needed.
   3. Click Save Changes.
