Change your password

It is prudent to periodically change your password.

Note: You must have enrolled your account in SMOP to change your password.

Information in enrolling in SMOP is available in Enroll in SMOP.

1. In a web browser, access the SMOP portal at https://password.firehousesoftware.com/smop/.

   The Welcome page appears.

   

2. In the left navigation pane, click Change Password.

   The Change Password page appears.

   

3. In User Name and Current Password, enter your current FH Cloud user name and password.
4. In New Password and Reconfirm Password, enter the new password you want to use.

5. Click Change Password.

   The Success page appears.

   

6. Click Continue.

   The Welcome page reappears.
