Change your user identification questions

After enrolling your FH Cloud account in SMOP, you have the option to change your user identification questions.

Information in enrolling in SMOP is available in Enroll in SMOP.

1. In a web browser, access the SMOP portal at https://password.firehousesoftware.com/smop/.

   The Welcome page appears.

   

2. In the left navigation pane, click Update Enrollment.

   The Login page appears.

   

3. In User Name and Password, enter your FH Cloud user name and password.

4. Verify that Domain is set to fhcloud, and then click Login.

   The Update Enrollment screen appears.

   

5. Change your user identifying questions selected as needed, and then click Update.

   

6. Click Continue.

   The Welcome page reappears.
