Minimize and restore information panes

Note: Not all information panes can be minimized and restored.

1. Do one of the following.

   • (If it appears) In the upper right corner of the information pane, click the Minimize icon.
   • Right-click the information pane, and then choose Minimize in the menu that appears.

   The information pane reduces to an icon on the interface.

   

   To display the full title of the pane on the icon, place the mouse pointer on the right edge of the information pane icon, so that the mouse pointer becomes a two-headed horizontal arrow, and then drag the edge of the information pane icon to the right or left as needed.

   

2. Do one of the following.

   • Right-click the information pane, and then choose Restore in the menu that appears.
   • Double-click the title of the information pane icon.

   The full information pane appears again, at its default size.
