Edit or delete a staffing exchange or exception
- (If one is not open already) Open an existing schedule.

Click the Exchanges & Exceptions tab.

Do one or more of the following.
Edit an exchange or exception's information-
Select the exchange or exception you whose information you want to edit, and then click Open.
The Shift Personnel Exchange or Exception dialog box appears, containing the current information for the exchange or exception.

Update the fields in the dialog box as needed.
Information on the fields in the dialog box is available in Add staffing exchange or exception.
Delete an exchange or exception from the Schedule dialog box- Select the exchange or exception you want to delete.

Near the bottom of the dialog box, click Delete.
A confirmation dialog box appears, asking if you are sure you want to delete the highlighted exchange or exception.

Click Yes.
The exchange or exception is removed from the list on the Personnel tab.
Delete an exchange or exception from the Shift dialog box- Select the exchange or exception you want to delete.

Click Open.
The Shift Personnel Exchange or Exception dialog box appears.

At the bottom of the dialog box, click Delete.
A confirmation dialog box appears.

Click Yes.
The dialog box clears and is renamed Schedule Personnel Exchange for, so that you can add a new exchange to the schedule.

Click Close.
