Enable database audit tracking

Choose Administration → Administrative Options.
The Administrative Options dialog box that appears.

Click the Database tab, and then click the Auditing tab.
By default, basic audit tracking is enabled.

(Optional) Enable more detailed audit tracking.
- Select Enable detailed audit tracking.
- Depending on the level of changes you want to track, select Track changes to records or Track changes to fields.
- Under Select the databases for which you want to enable detail audit tracking, select or clear the types of information you want to track.
- Click OK.
