System requirements
FH is supported on the following operating systems:
- Windows 10
- Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2
- Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2
- Windows Server 2016
FH is compatible with most Windows 64-bit operating systems on new installations of Windows.
Warning: Workstations and servers upgraded from 32-bit systems to 64-bit systems have demonstrated problems and are not recommended.

* Your requirements may be greater depending on the number of records you have and the size of embedded attachments.
Tip: Use an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with your workstation in case of power failure.
Note: If you use FH to collect data from multiple departments, such as collecting state NFIRS transaction files or county EMS incident reports from area agencies, you should exceed the recommended hardware requirements if possible.
