Record Macro

1. From the Tools menu, select Record Macro.

   The Record Macro form is displayed.

   Note: Only keyboard keystrokes can be recorded. You are limited to 1,024 keystrokes.

2. Press a keyboard combination to use for the macro.

   Caution: Whatever you specify here is used to run the macro, so be sure that the key combination is one that will not be run inadvertently or used for other functions.

3. Enter a name that describes the macro.

4. Press OK to start recording the macro.

   The macro can record all keyboard entries (mouse movements are not recorded). Press SHIFT + F10 when finished recording. When you enter the keyboard combination, the macro is run.
