Correct additional records dates
- In the Query dialog box, note the staff ID number, and the name of the column containing the invalid date.

Select the record with the invalid date, and then click OK.
The Staff dialog box populates with information about that staff member.

Click the Additional Records tab.

Depending on the name of the column containing the invalid date, do one of the following.
Column name in Query dialog box Do this Admin Expires
- Continue with Correct the driver's license expiration date.
Admin EMS Certificat
Admin Current Certif
Admin Original Certi
Admin EMS Employment
Admin Agency Certifi
Admin Length of Serv
- Continue with Correct staff member administration dates.

Availability To
- Continue with Correct staff member availability dates.
History Date
Pay From Date
Pay To Date
- Continue with Correct staff member pay rate dates.
