Correct the unit date in service date

1. In the Query dialog box, note the unit code with the invalid date.
2. Click Close.
3. In Queries, click Close.

4. Choose Tools → Lookup Tables.

   The Lookup Tables dialog box appears.

5. Expand System-Wide Codes, and then select Units.

   

6. Click Setup.

   The Lookup - Units dialog box appears.

   

7. Select the code you noted in the Query dialog box for the unit with the invalid date, and then click Edit.

   The Code for Units dialog box appears.

   

8. In Date In Service, correct the date.
9. Click Save.
10. In the Lookup - Units dialog box, click Close.
11. In the Lookup Tables dialog box, click Close.

12. Depending on whether you are checking the dates for NFIRS or EMS records, continue with one of the following.

    • Check for invalid dates in NFIRS incident records.
    • Check for invalid dates in EMS incident records.
