Correct additional reports dates

1. In the Query dialog box, note the name of the column containing the invalid date.

2. Select the record with the invalid date, and then click OK.

   The NFIRS Incident Report dialog box populates with information about that incident.

3. Click the Additional Reports tab.

   

4. Depending on the name of the column containing the invalid date, do one of the following.

   Column name in Query dialog box	Do this
   Suppress Notif 17xx Suppress Enroute 17xx Suppress Arrive 17xx Supp Full Arrive 17xx Med Notif 17xx Med Enroute 17xx Med BLS Arrival 17xx Med ALS Arrival 17xx Resource Arrive 17xx Cap of Attack 17xx	Correct NFPA 1710/1720 dates.
   Civ Casualty DOB Civ Casualty Injury	Correct civilian casualty dates.
   FF Casualty DOB FF Casualty Injury	Correct fire service casualty dates.
   Wildland Person DOB	Correct date of birth for wildland fire person .
