Correct an incident alarm date

In the Query dialog box, select the record with an invalid alarm date, and then click OK.
The NFIRS Incident Report dialog box populates with information about that incident.

From the menu bar, choose Form → Renumber NFIRS Incident Report.
The Renumber NFIRS Incident Reports dialog box appears.
- In the unlabelled, yellow field, enter the incident number you need to change the date for.
- In Alarm Date, correct the date as needed.
- Click OK.
- In the NFIRS Incident Report dialog box, click Save.
- Continue with Check for invalid dates in NFIRS incident records.
