Update from FH 5.0.5x

1. Apply the FH 5 Pre-Update.

   1. Navigate to <location of the update components on your computer>\FH_5.05x_PreUpdate\, and then double-click preupdate.exe.

      The FH 5 Pre-Update dialog box appears.

   2. Follow the installation prompts in the dialog box.

      The update process can take some time, depending on your computer configuration.

2. Update to FH 5.1.24.

   1. In the location where you have the FH update components, navigate into the FH5124 folder and double-click Autorun.exe.

      The Firehouse installation dialog box appears.

   2. Click Install the FIREHOUSE Software Evaluation or Update an Existing 5.x Installation.
   3. Follow the installation prompts in the installation wizard as the program is installed and databases are updated.
   4. Click Exit when the update is completed and the Firehouse installation dialog box is visible.
   5. Log into Firehouse to confirm that the update was successful and your data is viewable.

   6. Create a backup of your FH database components as you did before.
